When a company joins TIE, we check that they subscribe to a responsible sourcing program that looks after the wellbeing of the factory workers. The TIE Secretariat works closely with the ICTI Ethical Toy Program which is a specialist program for the industry. They go beyond compliance auditing to provide assurance and offer social impact investment opportunities in the global supply chain.
