The article discussed why smart, and effective market surveillance and enforcement was required to deal with rogue traders and help create an equal playing ground for legitimate companies.
It also talked about the Toy Safety Directive, and the need to use science as the basis when making important decisions.
It concluded with a simple, yet vital message:
